If you have a jailbroken iPhone and want to update FireEagle with your position on the go, Jesse Newland has created just the script for you. He uses the native Google Maps location feature to send your current location to FireEagle every 5 minutes. I'd strongly recommend that you have a basic understanding of unix or linux before jumping in here, but his instructions look fairly detailed to me.
I've been using Navizon to update my location on FireEagle and on my Map and Google Gadget. It would be cool to see this hack turned into a full fledged iPhone app ...
