You can check out Gmail tasks by pointing your mobile browser at gmail.com/tasks to get started with your Gmail account. You can set up multiple lists and add entries by simply clicking the New Task icon and entering your list item. While it's not been officially announced, Cupcake is likely being designed especially for the G2 phone. The Android G2 features a touch screen with no hardware QWERTY phone, but keeps the trackball. This news also gives further credence to my speculation that Android Cupcake is being built for the Android G2 phone. Now the minor Australian handset maker has delayed the release of the Agora indefinitely and will likely slide back into anonymity. Founder Ruslan Kogan has indefinitely delayed launch of the Agora based on interoperability issues that will arise in the near future. Tmonews sure thinks so, and they had hinted at the Sapphire becoming the G2 previously. The HTC Sapphire is an entirely touch screen phone with no keyboard. That would fall inline with expectations as Google has been working on building support for the on-screen keyboard in the Android Cupcake build. 01.08.09Android Skype Lite client coming to the App MarketThe wait to make VoIP calls on your T-Mobile G1 or Kogan Agora phone is coming to an end. Skype is prepared to release the first version of Skype Lite for the Android client in the next few days. All that's left is a few days of incessantly checking the App Market for the application to get loaded. Skype already has a basic Java-based Lite client in testing and versions for the N810 tablet and Windows Mobile phones.
