Thanks for dropping by. I wasn&#039;t relating professional networking specifically for job searching, although you&#039;re correct that it&#039;s one of the benefits. As a professional recruiter, I&#039;ve found LinkedIn to be help and prefer targeted job boards to Monster.com.

I&#039;ve never even heard of realmatch.com in 10 years of Tech Recruiting. Any association with them?
