The Campaign Tracker application downloads and organizes the most relevant political updates to your phone. That way you don’t need to be online to check out the latest news from the campaign trail. Election news has been a huge category this year and has become one of the most prominent category on community news sites like Digg.
This is an interesting idea to provide a specific-category of news in one mobile application. If you already have a feed reader on your phone, it might be a bit duplicative. I’m not sure that I would want a whole separate application for one topic since it might bog down my PDA. However, it may be just the tool to get Capitol Hill Insiders hooked on mobile news feeds.
