Sid Meier’s Civilizations Series is one of the largest and most fun strategy games for the PC. If you love playing Civilization at home, now you can take it with you on your T-Mobile cell phone. Oasys Mobile announced the release of the new mobile gaming experience for Civilization IV: War of Two Cities last week:

Based on the popular Civilization franchise, Sid Meier’s Civ IV: War of Two Cities brings the excitement of world domination to mobile. Defend the safety and development of your home city while at war with a neighboring city bent on your destruction. Armies will clash, defensive walls will crumble, great siege cannons will roar with fury, and the victor will plant his flag atop the tallest building in the city of his foe.

Obviously they’re changing the format so that you don’t have to play through an entire game at once. This new casual gaming format might even draw in a new crowd of Civ Mobile users that like to take over the world in short bursts.
