Steven Spielberg has long been a gamer and last year latched onto the Wii as a great opportunity to create casual games that are fun for the entire family. He’s been working on Boom Blox in collaboration with EA Games, which was just released for the Wii. When the Wii came out, he announced that he would be working on this project, which is not his first foray into the gaming world.
It looks sort of like 3-d Tetris or live Jenga, but with all the interactiveness that Wii can offer. You also get to destroy things by grabbing or shaking the Wiimote. The trailer also says that you can remix levels or create your own.
