Yesterday I speculated about Google’s potential deal to buy Skype and whether it may have implications for the Android handset. The story immediately became the most popular one I’ve ever written and made it to the front page of Digg with a lot of help from my friends. Big shout outs to everyone for the love!
In the months prior to announcing the Android mobile phone platform many bloggers and industry folks called Android the Google phone. With the addition of Skype, a Digger called BlackIse jokingly called it the Skoogle phone. I think it’s kind of catchy and want to see what all of you think about the moniker.
