The Department of Justice is allowing the Sirius-XM merger to proceed. The DOJ is saying that the merger is not ” likely to substantially lessen competition, and … therefore is not likely to harm consumers.” Now the final hurdle for the manager will be passing through the FCC, which looks a lot less daunting than the DOJ review. We’ve already given our stance on the issue, but we want to hear what you think.
