The news coming across the wire has spread rumors that the Sirius and XM radio merger may not happen. I hope the FCC and DOJ do the right thing here,and block this idea from ever happening. Saying satellite radio competes with regular radio is like saying, HBO competes with your local TVstation.

The two stations are in a league of their own, and clearly compete against each other. Merging the to companies would be a direct violation of Sherman Anti-Monopoly act, or whatever we call it today. And just to toss my 2 pennies in, Sirius has my vote and my subscription revenue.
