In just over three weeks the movie 21 will be released chronicling the rise and fall of MIT’s uber-elite blackjack team. It’s based on the book Bringing Down the House by Ben Mezrich, one of the members of the legendary six students that developed a system to beat the casinos at Blackjack. This was based on a simple card-counting system that the team members practiced. The most important part of the system was how the team teamed up and created signals to let each other know when to bet big.
